Tips to Be Safe When Exercising at Night

With fall here and the clocks “falling back” an hour, you may choose to exercise outdoors early in the morning or in the late evening. These tend to be cooler and quieter times to exercise, but the drawback is that you will likely be exercising in the dark. It is not safe to run, walk or ride a bicycle at night, when you can not see or be seen by others. However, keeping your exercise routine on track is important. Here are 9 tips to keep you safe when exercising at night.
