5 Reasons Why Core Stability Training is Important

The core consists of around 30 different muscles that surround the body in or near the ribcage and hips. If you imagine your body as two halves, the upper half and the lower half, the core lies in-between and acts as a bridge, connecting these two halves of the body. In short, the core helps the upper body to coordinate efficiently with the lower body.

The history of Vienna is amazing but the way to really feel the history is to take a self guided walking tour of Vienna. The walking tour takes you through immaculate parks, bustling pedestrian streets and around royal palaces. The parks are great places for a break from the bustle.
