7 Ways Core Stability Can Help Firm Up Your Abdominals

In recent years, abdominal exercises have become very popular. In order to achieve those firm and well-toned abdominals, you need to perform certain types of core stability exercises. The abdominal form part of the core muscles of the body. If you strengthen your core, you will strengthen your abdominals. (more)

I don't want to give up this secret. I enjoy people filling the village and ski slope of Whistler and leaving the snowshoeing trails empty. That is right, if you are up at Whistler and would like a quiet outdoor experience in the snow, I would recommend going snowshoeing. (more)

I have been invited by the Mission library to present on an adventure that I had done last summer with my family.

It was a 6 week RVing in Europe trip with my wife and 5 month old son.
