Dog Park in Clayton Heights
I talked to the City of Surrey Parks and Recreation about a dog park in Clayton Heights. There is a dog park that is in a preliminary stage at this point in Clayton Heights and the park is awaiting approval from city council. When there is progress on the project, the City of Surrey website will be updated relating to it.
There is no name for the proposed dog park at this time. The address for the proposed dog park is 7011 188th Street. It will have 2 areas, one side for small dogs and another for large dogs. They are currently working on the plans and the land use for that park. This is parkland is to have trails, open areas, naturalized play structures, drinking bowls, and small hills.
