Fad Diet Test - Put your New Year's Diet to the Test

Out goes last year's diet and in comes this year's new diet. A few of the diets from years gone past are the cabbage diet, chicken soup diet, Zone Diet and Dr. Atkins' Diet. This year it seems as though the Nutrisystem and Special K Challenge are the new diets of the year. It is important to eat a healthy diet, but how do you know if the diet you are following is a fad diet?

The Three Capes Scenic Route is one of the most popular and spectacular stretches of the Oregon coast. Three Capes Scenic Route is a 40 mile drive that starts just west of Tillamook and passes Cape Mears, Capes Lookout and Cape Kiwanda.
